Meatzy Referral Program Agreement
1. Referral Program Agreement
This Meatzy Referral Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the operation and administration of the Meatzy Referral Program (“Program”) and sets forth terms and conditions regarding the Program and participation in the Program. The Program provides commissions to qualifying customers as set forth herein for referring new qualifying customers who make qualifying purchases of Meatzy’s monthly product subscriptions.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Meatzy LLC (“Meatzy,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and each individual that participates in or seeks to participate in the Program (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”).
By (a) enrolling in the Program; (b) using a Referral Link or Referral Code; (c) referring others; or (d) accepting or receiving any Commission payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Meatzy’s Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use (collectively, the “Related Policies”) are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement controls as to the Program.
Meatzy may amend this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on its website or providing written or electronic notice to Participants. Continued participation after notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The Program is made available by Meatzy at its sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time.
The Program is a marketing incentive initiative and not a franchise, business opportunity, or investment opportunity. All Commissions are derived solely from verified retail sales of Meatzy products.
2. Defined Terms
Active Subscription: a paid, current, non-paused monthly subscription for Meatzy products.
Commission: monetary compensation earned under the Program by a Participant based solely on verified Qualifying Purchases.
Paused Subscription: a Subscription that has been suspended by Participant for more than sixty (60) days.
Qualifying Purchase: a bona fide, completed, non-refunded retail transaction in which a customer purchases eligible Meatzy products directly from Meatzy using a valid Referral Link or Referral Code and meeting the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 5.
Referral: a unique, new customer who makes a Qualifying Purchase through a valid Referral Link or Code, in accordance with this Agreement.
Referral Link and/or Referral Code: a unique electronic identifier assigned by Meatzy to track Referrals.
Referral Tree: the structured hierarchy of Participants and their downstream Referrals, extending up to (4) tiers.
Subscription: a recurring purchase commitment pursuant to which a customer agrees to receive and pay for monthly deliveries of Meatzy products in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.
3. Eligibility
Participation in the Program is only open to individual consumers who:
- are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract;
- reside within the United States; and
- maintain an Active Subscription or Paused Subscription.
The Program is void where prohibited by law. Meatzy employees, agents, or contractors may only participate where authorized in writing by Meatzy.
4. Referral Process
Each Participant receives one or more unique Referral Links or Referral Codes. When a new customer uses the Participant’s Referral Link or Referral Code to make a Qualifying Purchase, the referring Participant becomes eligible for a Commission as described below.
Once a new customer uses a Participant’s Referral Link or Referral Code to create an account, subscribe, or make a purchase, the new customer becomes linked to the referring Participant for all purposes of the Program. All future purchases and subsequent Referrals made by the referred customer (and its downstream Referrals) are attributed along the same Referral line to the extent of each one’s respective Referral Tree. Merely clicking on or viewing a Referral Link without completing a purchase or sign-up does not establish Referral linkage.
All determinations of Referral linkage and attribution are made by Meatzy in its sole discretion based on its own records. Meatzy conducts and is responsible for all Referral tracking, transaction recording, and Commission calculations. Referral linkage cannot be modified, transferred, or assigned, and no subsequent use of any other Referral Link or Referral Code will override or alter an existing Referral linkage.
5. Commission Structure
5.1 Eligibility. To be eligible to earn or receive a Commission, a Participant must maintain an Active Subscription (except to the limited extent described in Section 5.5). Participants with Active Subscriptions are eligible to earn Commissions at the rates and on the transactions described below.
5.2 Commissions on Qualifying Purchases. An eligible Participant with an Active Subscription earns a Commission on the net purchase price (after discounts and excluding taxes and other fees) of all Qualifying Purchases made by customers in the Participant’s Referral Tree, which is structured as follows, with the original referring Participant as the “Original Participant”:
Tier 1: referred directly by Original Participant
Tier 2: referred by Tier 1
Tier 3: referred by Tier 2
Tier 4: referred by Tier 3
No Commissions accrue to the Original Participant after Tier 4.
5.3 Commissions on Qualifying Purchases. An eligible Participant with an Active Subscription earns a Commissions on Qualifying Purchases (a) for direct Referrals (to Tier 1), in an amount equal to 13%; and (b) for downstream accrued Commissions for Qualifying Purchases made by subsequent Referrals within Participant’s own Referral Tree (i.e., limited to the four (4) referral tiers), in an amount equal to 2% for Referrals from Tier 1 to Tier 2, 1% for Referrals from Tier 2 to Tier 3, and 1% for Referrals from Tier 3 to Tier 4. The effect of this calculation is illustrated in the following table:

5.4 Meatzy Founders Promotion.
First 500: For a limited time and subject to availability, the first five hundred (500) Participants to join the Program during October 15, 2025 – November 15, 2025 will be entitled to an increased rate of 15% for Commissions accrued pursuant to Section 5.3, and such increased rate shall apply so long as the Participant does not cancel their Subscription.
Except for the increased Commission rate set forth in this Section 5.4, all terms of the Agreement (including Section 5.5) apply.
5.5 Paused Subscriptions and Reduced Commission Rate. Participants whose Subscription has been paused for more than sixty (60) days can continue to earn Commissions in an amount equal to half of what would be accrued if the Participant maintained an Active Subscription (“Reduced Commission Rate”) for a period of six (6) months (“Reduced Rate Period”). Following the end of the Reduced Rate Period, the Participant will continue earning the Reduced Commission Rate so long as there remain at least ten (10) direct Referrals (i.e., Tier 1) with Active Subscriptions, and at least twenty (20) Referrals within their Referral Tree (i.e., Tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4) with Active Subscriptions (“Required Active Referrals”). Meatzy will monitor the status of the Referrals’ subscriptions and any failure to maintain the Required Active Referrals will result in loss of eligibility to earn future Commissions until the Original Participant reactivates their own subscription or attains the Required Active Referrals.
6. Commission Accrual and Payment
Commissions are made available in a Participant’s Meatzy account upon accrual. Participants can withdraw earned Commissions once available in their Meatzy account by using PayPal.
Provided the referring Participate is eligible to receive Commission, accrual occurs once an underlying Qualifying Purchase has been made.
Meatzy may delay, withhold, offset, or adjust Commission accurals to prevent fraud or correct errors. Meatzy is entitled to recover excess accruals allocated to a Participant’s Meatzy account by offsetting any future amounts accrued.
Each Participant is solely responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, and current PayPal account details. Meatzy shall have no liability for withdrawals of Commissions that fail or are rejected due to inaccurate or incomplete PayPal account information. Any fees associated with any PayPal transaction are borne by Participant. Any dispute regarding the amount of a Commission accrual as reflected in the Participant’s Meatzy account must be raised in writing by the Participant within sixty (60) days of such amount appearing in the Participant’s Meatzy account; thereafter, it is deemed final and accepted.
Meatzy may require Participants to complete documentation including, but not limited to, IRS forms related to taxable income in connection with the payment of any Commissions. The Participant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Meatzy may require identity or tax verification before payments are remitted as may be deemed necessary by Meatzy in its sole discretion to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements. Participants agree to comply fully with any identity verification requirements.
7. Disclosure Requirements
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the FTC Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Each public posting of any Referral Link or Referral Code must include a clear disclosure such as the following, in addition to anything else required by law or regulation:
“I may receive a commission from Meatzy if you make a purchase through my link or using my code.”
8. Participant Conduct
Participants must comply with all terms of this Agreement, the Related Policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Self-Referrals;
- Fake, fictitious, or duplicate accounts;
- Automated or bot-generated Referrals;
- Misrepresentation of the Program, Meatzy, or Meatzy products;
- Spam, unsolicited bulk, or deceptive communications;
- Unauthorized use of any intellectual property of Meatzy or any third party;
- Any false, deceptive, or manipulative activity intended to generate Commissions without genuine retail sales to eligible Referrals;
- Failure to comply with the disclosure obligations set forth in Section 7;
- Failure to comply with this Agreement, Related Policies, and all applicable laws and regulations; and
- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of use of any social media or digital communications platforms.
Actual or suspected violations may result in termination of Participant’s involvement in the Program and forfeiture of unpaid Commissions.
9. Privacy
Participation in the Program may require you and customers you refer to submit personal information, which will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Meatzy’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Related Policies (including the Meatzy Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) apply to the Program, this Agreement, Referrals, and Commissions. Any disputes in connection with any of the foregoing will be resolved in accordance with the Meatzy Terms of Use.
Referral Links and Referral Codes are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. All Commissions accrued are personal to the referring Participant, and the Participant’s account and Subscription are not transferrable to any other person.
The Program is made available by Meatzy at its sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time.
The relationship between any Participant and Meatzy is that of independent contractors. Nothing herein establishes employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise status, and Participants have no authority to bind or act on behalf of Meatzy.
