  • When will my order arrive, and how do I track it?

    Most Meatzy orders ship within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment centers to ensure maximum freshness. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

    As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your box every step of the way - from our cold storage to your doorstep.


    All boxes are shipped frozen, insulated with eco-friendly Climacell liners, and packed with dry ice to stay at the right temperature for safe delivery.

  • Shipping & Returns

    All Meatzy boxes are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure your proteins arrive cold, fresh, and ready for your freezer. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase, and transit times vary by location to maintain optimal temperature control.

    We currently ship only within the continental United States (no P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time).

    Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, if your box arrives damaged, delayed, or thawed beyond safe temperature, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery at support@meatzy.com with photos of the issue.

    Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but our promise is simple, we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution.

  • Is there a minimum payout?

    Nope. There are no minimums. You are responsible to Paypal transfer fees though. 

    Whether you cash out $20 or $200, it's always your money, your choice. 

  • Can I use my link anywhere?

    Yes! Share it on social media, in texts, emails, group chats, or even print your QR code to share in person. If someone orders with your tools, it tracks back to you. 

  • When Do I get Paid?

    All earnings go straight into your MEATZY Wallet. From there, you can cash out to your Paypal account anytime you want - no waiting for monthly cycles if you don't want to. 

  • How do I track my referrals?

    You'll get access to your own real-time dashboard.  It shows every click, order, and payout - so you always know exactly how your link, QR code, and referral code are performing.
